Why did you trust them With your future, with your lives Say how could you be blinded By the sparkle in their eyes Now it‘s over You crossed the final line We are taking over You just wasted precious time Did you see? Did you hear? Did you feel? Did you think? Did you care? Did you act? Why did you trust them With your future, with your lives Say how could you be blinded By the sparkle in their eyes Now it‘s over You crossed the final line We are taking over You just wasted precious time Would you see? Would you hear? Would you feel? You would not Would you think? Would you care? Would you act? You would not The outcome was never in your favour You knew you deserved it When it fell apart You don’t see You don‘t hear You don‘t feel You don‘t think You don‘t care You don‘t act You don‘t learn You are lost

In ancient centuries A nation reigned by Atlas Namesake of the island and surrounding seas Marble pillars shined bright Stood in the skies People grew strong and powerful overnight Overnight, overnight Unholy mess Hills come down Sink the land in chaos Wrath of gods Deadly waves Sink the land Forever Volcanic eruption One violent surge Its memory swallowed by the sea Beset by earthquakes Floods pour over land Divine punishment is the determination Submerged in the ocean Never seen again Never again, never again Never again, never again Erased from history Never appeared again Never again, never again Never again, never again Buried by water and sand The ruins of this land Along with glorious memories Wrath of gods Deadly waves Sink the land In chaos Submerged in the ocean Never seen again Never again, never again Never again, never again Erased from history Never appeared again Never again, never again Never again, never again

C’mon run and hide We shut our eyes under black skies We’re on parole Committed crimes, now thunder rolls Here comes the growl Can’t we hear the wind that howls Upcoming ashes Predicted as the lightning flashes Caught in the eye of the storm Where everything is calm and warm Caught in the eye of the storm In this place we hide to ignore Feel its cold breath running down our spine All comes to an end we did not react in time Caught in the eye of the storm Where everything is calm and warm Caught in the eye of the storm In this place we hide to ignore Caught in the eye of the storm Where everything is calm and warm Caught in the eye of the storm In this place we hide to ignore C’mon face the truth Skies turned black, it frightens us Seasons won’t change We are creators of a self-made cage Snake in the grass Nothing will be how it used to be Cannot denounce The planet dies as the rain comes down Caught in the eye of the storm Where everything is calm and warm Caught in the eye of the storm In this place we hide to ignore

Life seems incomplete In this self-made prison Aiming high to achieve all goals Others expect you to reach Failure is yours All positivity’s gone You’re just the dregs of society Feeling shallow and empty Tasks to be achieved Nothing is as it seems In subconscious minds Unable to rewind Scream - your voice won’t be heard Fight - sight is getting blurred Struggle - always on the run Bleed - as freedom is undone Don’t try to compete These walls won’t let you out Targets set so unreachable Unable to free yourself Do not run and hide Everything is lost Trapped in monotony Can’t defy the agony Scream - your voice won’t be heard Fight - sight is getting blurred Struggle - always on the run Bleed - as freedom is undone Smash your dreams You won’t be free Look around What do you see? Scream - your voice won’t be heard Fight - sight is getting blurred Struggle - always on the run Bleed - as freedom is undone Smash your dreams You won’t be free Look around What do you see?

Ultimate Sin 04:24
Day by day Awakened by dreams so real Drowning in deadly thoughts Devoured by fear Night by night No longer blessed The end is predicted Inner demons knew best Will it soon be over No more need to bother Hard to deal, deal with the pain and recover Walls start to cave in Fears are trapped within Time has come, come to commit the ultimate sin Hour by hour Captured in this everlasting cage Fulfilled with darkness Driven by eternal rage Minute by minute Unable to dry the tears Cursed by birth Now the world disappears Will it soon be over No more need to bother Hard to deal, deal with the pain and recover Walls start to cave in Fears are trapped within Time has come, come to commit the ultimate sin Will it soon be over No more need to bother Hard to deal, deal with the pain and recover Walls start to cave in Fears are trapped within Time has come, come to commit the ultimate sin

You lose… you lose… Truth disolves in time and space Your pictures in your heart Feel no sorrow, no pain In your dreams The negative of the world Fled from the time The positive of the night Stolen by the light You lose your footing You lose your day You lose one train of thoughts You lose A thought crossed my mind Pictures of a strange kind But the train runs off the rails What time is the last Train of thoughts? You lose the last One train of thoughts Life without suffering Life without pain Dreaming can be so beautiful Close your eyes Lay down your head And dream little bat The moon´s smile seems peaceful You lose your footing You lose your day You lose one train of thoughts You lose your train You lose your day You lose one train of thoughts You lose your day You lose Your train of thoughts

As he stood at the gates Threshold to the unknown Waiting to step into a new world Willful to fulfill his vow How little did he know Here at the tides, the tides of fate Clinging on a last vestige of hope How little did he know How little did he know How little did he know Did he know What was left behind Oh so he mourns it all Which road needs to be travelled So he is waiting for some call Which lessons will it bear? Does his task contain any scope? Will this journey unveil any aim? Even now he’s still got hope Memories fading A new path he’s searching Ideas turn into nothing Convenience vanishing Will he see Will he search Will he strive Will he find Sufferings rising Oh he endures some more Pains are growing So he is close about to fall Endless yearning Will his way lead him home? Sense of an ending Even now he‘s still got hope See doubts intoxicating his mind He begins to understand that there is nothing out here to be found Whatever childish hope lead him here There’s this new reality showing him that all fell apart An empty world that he’s facing Barren lands that he must wander Abandoned realms he will be tracing Not knowing what he’ll be finding Buried by the tides of time What knowledge is to be found What caused all of this The search for answers, the new purpose

Pyre 07:09
In death he’ll find the glory of a king Watch the embers smolder, fire burns the skin Welcome to a new world Wash away your sins This is your pyre, pyre worth a king Welcome to a new world Stars glimmer through the shadows cast by night The soul fades away at first light At first light Fire Into eternal flames he dives Fire Welcome back to life Welcome to the new world Wash away your sins This is your pyre, pyre worth a king Resurrection is awaiting watch the blaze aglow Keep up the memories and start to bow Fire, Fire Into eternal flames he dives Fire, Fire Welcome back to life Unforgettable, present in our minds Why Brave man who fought and never fled a fight Why, Why did he have to die Final ashes strewn across the rivers
9.
The Remains 09:03
...and out of the ashes Grew a new will The urge for significance To consider the endeavour fulfilled A life that once was Memories now fading away The purpose still not unveiled Has all of it already gone astray? Not knowing whatever to strive for Now aware that there will be no turning back Beyond the borders of any acquaintance All that once was, now turned to black The one thing that’s certain Is that the tides have turned Broke out of (each and) every circle Every bridge behind is now burnt Where will this new road lead to Will it keep abundance at bay Apart from the growing emptiness What will be the price to pay Drawing nearer Now every step becomes clearer This journey’s end clearly visible The grand revelation almost tangible What truth will be revealed? What has been concealed? What lies hidden that vindicates this fight Was the message hidden in plain sight? Doubtful searching Indications Light in darkness Delving deeply Tracks are leading To riddle’s solving Driven into the stalemate, There’s no more way out Trapped in the corner there will be no breakout Abandoned all hope, it was predestined to fail Nothing more to find Nothing more to lose Surrounded by darkness The silence getting louder A mind more confusing Secluded from any conclusion Oh, you are alone once again I know what you have spoken to the darkness Alone, in the bitter watches in the night When all of your life seems to shrink The walls once again, closing in on you But you know what you found To this message your fate will be bound They have wiped us out This is all that remains Remember us
